Here I come again!

Here I am, blogging again! Again? Yes, again, as my first blog met a rather unfortunate end at the will of my overtly rational brain. One reason I killed the last blog was that I considered it a crime to have sleepy blogs. And mine was increasingly turning out to be one. But off late, I realized the need to find a vent to the feelings was too strong to overcome any inane rationalizations. So before I set out on the task of blabbering out the good, the bad and the ugly of my life, I think I owe a mention or two about a few people who led me to believe that it’s perfectly alright to come out in open with every nitty-gritty details about whackiest state of my mind and subject myself and my words to the judgment of the world. Here’s one to all of them…

One deep soul, who came and lingered like calm air, enlightening me about the various unexplored facets of my immediate world, till the day he vanished like a gush of wind. Brother, wherever you are, just want to tell you that you are deeply missed. I hope you are finally living your dream of being a successful IPS officer. Then there is another very dear friend, an able critic whose knack of calling a spade – a spade in the most endearing manner has always led me to self-improvisation. Someone, whom I can bank upon even if I need to share the silliest of things. And then, to all those people, known and unknown whose blogs I came across, read and felt inspired by. Thank you everyone for touching my life in one way or other. (Ah well! Does it sound like an acceptance speech at a film awards function? :)

So henceforth, followers or no followers, comments or no comments, praises or criticisms, active or dormant… I hereby promise to myself; to come out of the closet and write…write, not only for myself… but for the world to see… and YET, write like no one’s reading! :)
